Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sunday and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free local delivery is available for orders over 30 Euros within Austria and Germany. For orders under 30 Euros, we charge 3 Euros for local delivery. 

Free shipping in Europe in orders over 75 Euros. For orders under 75 Euros, we charge 9,90 Euros.

We offer world wide shipping for 15 Euros in orders under 150 Euros, free shipping for orders over 150 Euros.

The average delivery time is 2 to 4 days within Europe and 3 to 7 days for other countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Belberrie Studios is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (not including Sunday or holidays), please contact us at hellobelberrie@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
